Shipping, Delivery & Carrier Liability Disclaimer
  • 6.1 Delivery Destination: We currently ship exclusively to addresses located within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • 6.2 Transfer of Risk (Loss & Theft): The risk of loss, theft, or damage for products purchased from us passes entirely to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for packages stolen after carrier delivery.
  • 6.3 Absolute Delay Disclaimer: We are not responsible or legally liable for any shipping delays outside of our direct control. This includes, but is not limited to, courier/postal processing delays, transit routing errors, lost or misplaced carrier packages, supply chain disruptions, bad weather, or natural events.
  • 6.4 Remedies for Internal Mistakes: If a delivery delay is proven to be entirely our internal operational fault, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit in the exact amount of the affected items. Cash or money-back refunds will not be issued for shipping and logistical delays.
