TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you.
Please read these terms carefully before ordering with us. These terms tell you what you need to know about buying with us. We may revise these terms and conditions without notice by posting revised terms and conditions of sale on our website. The terms and conditions posted on the website at the time you place your order will govern that purchase.
1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us
- 1.1 Who We Are: We are fuckyallskinnyhoes (also operating and doing business as fysh), a business operating and organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

- 1.3 How We May Contact You: If we have to contact you, we will send an email to the email address you provided to us during your checkout or in your last order.
2. Placing an Order
- 2.1 How You Can Place an Order: Orders may be placed through our online Shopify store or in person at official local pop-up events (such as local gyms, clothing stores, and community events). Once you’ve added the product(s) you’d like to your basket, you’ll go through our checkout procedure where you’ll need to enter your contact details, delivery, and billing information. Please double-check your order (including the specific products, sizes, quantities, and delivery address) before clicking the final payment button.
- 2.2 Acceptance of Your Order: Your order is an offer from you to us to buy the product(s) in your basket. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming we have received it. Our official acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm we’ve dispatched your product(s) and handed them to the shipping carrier. It’s at this point that a binding contract comes into existence. When we acknowledge your order, we’ll also confirm your order number. If you need to contact us about your order, you should quote this number.
- 2.3 Restrictions on Placing Orders: To order our products, you must be at least 18 years old and be authorized to use the payment method which you use to pay. If you are under 18, you may place an order only with the explicit involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Our Rights to Cancel Your Order
- 3.1 If We Cannot Fulfil Your Order: In the event that we’re unable to fulfil your order (e.g., because the product is out of stock, we cannot verify your billing information, or there has been an error in the pricing or description of the product), we’ll let you know by email and will cancel the transaction without charging you.
- 3.2 Unusual or Suspicious Activity: We provide our products for your personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we notice something unusual or suspect that our products are being exploited for unauthorized commercial, business, wholesale, or re-sale purposes.
- 3.3 Suspending the Supply of Products: We may have to temporarily suspend or pause the supply or listing of a product to deal with technical platform problems, update product descriptions, or reflect changes in relevant manufacturing standards or laws.
4. Our Products
- 4.1 What We Provide: We provide athletic streetwear, lifestyle apparel, footwear (including socks), fitness gear (including gym gloves and water bottles), and lifestyle accessories (including stickers, headbands, and notebooks).
- 4.2 Descriptions of Our Products: The pictures and mockups of our products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we work to ensure that colors and designs are displayed accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display exactly reflects the real-world color of the physical products.

4.3 Gift Cards: Digital gift cards may be purchased from us via our online store.
- 4.3.1 You cannot purchase a digital gift card using another gift card as payment.
- 4.3.2 The total daily limit of gift card purchases per person is restricted to $500.00 USD.
- 4.3.3 Gift cards have no expiry date and carry no maintenance or inactivity fees.
- 4.3.4 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- 5.1 Delivery Destination: We currently ship exclusively to addresses located within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- 5.2 Transfer of Risk and Title: The risk of loss, theft, or damage for products purchased from us passes entirely to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Title and legal ownership of the products transfer to you only upon successful, full payment.
- 5.3 Delivery Costs: All applicable shipping and handling charges will be displayed clearly to you at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- 5.4 Absolute Liability Disclaimer for Shipping Delays: We are not responsible or legally liable for any shipping delays outside of our direct control. This includes, but is not limited to, courier/postal processing delays, transit routing errors, lost or misplaced carrier packages, supply chain disruptions, bad weather, or natural events.
- 5.5 Remedies for Internal Delays: If a delivery delay is proven to be entirely our operational fault, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit in the exact amount of the affected items. Cash or money-back refunds will not be issued for shipping and logistical delays.
6. Return and Exchange Policy (Store Credit Only)
- 6.1 Store Credit Basis: To maintain operational stability, we do not issue cash or money-back refunds for customer returns. All approved returns are eligible for Store Credit Only in the exact merchandise value of the returned item. Original shipping charges are completely non-refundable.
- 6.2 Return Eligibility Window: You can return eligible items purchased online in their original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unopened condition for store credit within 30 days of the original shipment date.

6.3 Strict Final Sale Exceptions: The following items are considered personal, hygienic, or custom goods and are Strictly Final Sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or eligible for store credit under any circumstances:
- Underwear, socks, intimate apparel, lingerie, bras, panties, and shapewear.
- Bathing suits, swimsuits, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, and bikini sets.
- Earrings, jewelry, and hair accessories (including headbands).
- Hygiene products, gym gloves, used water bottles, and cosmetics.
- Stickers, notebooks, and customized goods.
- Digital gift cards.
- Any items explicitly marked or sold as "Final Sale" or clearance.
- 6.4 How to Return: Online purchases must be returned via mail at the sender's expense. We do not provide free return shipping labels. In-person returns or exchanges cannot be processed at local pop-up locations or community events unless explicitly authorized by us in writing ahead of time.
- 6.5 Processing Time: Once your return package is safely received and inspected at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. If approved, your store credit will be issued electronically to the email address associated with the original order.
- 6.6 Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise due to a mistake on our part, you must contact Customer Service at f.yallskinnyhoes@gmail.com immediately upon delivery. We will verify the issue and assist you with an exchange or credit fix at no additional cost to you.
