How do your clothes fit?
Most of our streetwear and fitness items run true-to-size. However, because we design unique drops, styles can vary—some pieces are engineered with an oversized, relaxed streetwear fit, while others are built with a tight, athletic performance fit. We explicitly list the exact fit details on every individual product page so you know exactly what to expect before buying.

Where can I find a sizing chart?
We are currently upgrading our master sizing matrix! For now, check the description on the specific item's product page for fit details. If you are stuck between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed streetwear vibe or staying true-to-size for an athletic fit.

How should I wash my streetwear and tees?
To preserve premium heavy-weight cotton blends and screen-printed graphics, always wash your shirts inside out in cold water with like colors. Avoid using bleach. To keep the fabric and prints from shrinking or cracking, hang dry or air dry your items. Avoid hot commercial dryers.

How do I care for fitness gear, headbands, and gym gloves?
Activewear synthetic fabrics don't blend well with high heat. Machine wash them on a gentle, cold cycle. Never use fabric softeners, as they clog the breathability of athletic materials. Lay them flat or hang them to air dry.

How do I clean my intimates and socks?
To keep your socks and undergarments from pilling or stretching out, wash them on a cold, delicate cycle. For absolute longevity, hand-washing or using a mesh laundry delicates bag is highly recommended. Always air dry.

Where do you ship?We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can I cancel my order?
Because we aim to log and process orders as quickly as possible, you have a strict 1-hour window from the exact time of purchase to request a cancellation. Once your order has crossed that 1-hour mark or has been fulfilled by our team, it cannot be canceled or modified.

What happens if my shipping is delayed?
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the postal carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), transit speeds are completely out of our control. We are not responsible for carrier transit delays, lost routing, extreme weather hold-ups, or packages stolen post-delivery. If an order delay is proven to be an error on our team's end, we will gladly issue a store credit.

What is your return policy?
We offer Store Credit Only for approved returns within 30 days of your original shipment date. We do not issue cash or money-back refunds to original payment methods. Customers are responsible for sourcing and paying for their own return shipping mailer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?
Due to strict hygiene, promotional, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances: socks, underwear, intimate apparel, sports bras, swimsuits, earrings/jewelry, used water bottles, gym gloves, stickers, notebooks, digital gift cards, and anything marked "Final Sale."

What payment methods do you accept?
We securely accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How often do you drop new clothing?
We release items in highly limited, exclusive product drops rather than keeping items stocked year-round. Once a specific streetwear design or accessory colorway sells out, it is rarely restocked.
