🚚 SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to pack and prepare your order before it ships. During major product drops or holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer.
  • Delivery Estimates: Your exact delivery timeline depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your package heads out the door.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), the delivery is out of our hands. We are not responsible or liable for carrier delays, routing errors, bad weather disruptions, or packages stolen after tracking shows they were successfully delivered.

If a shipping issue is proven to be entirely our internal mistake, we will gladly resolve it by issuing a store credit for the affected items. Cash refunds will not be issued for transit delays.

🔄 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Store Credit Only
To keep our independent brand running smoothly, we do not issue cash or money-back refunds. All approved returns are issued via Store Credit Only in the exact value of the merchandise returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 days from your original shipment date to request a return. To be eligible for store credit, your items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original packaging with all tags still attached
  • Completely free of stains, deodorant marks, smells, or pet hair

Strict Final Sale Exceptions (No Returns, No Exceptions)
For hygiene, safety, and promotional reasons, the following items are Strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Underwear, socks, sports bras, intimate apparel, shapewear, and bodysuits
  • Bathing suits, swimsuits, bikini sets, or separates
  • Earrings, jewelry, and hair accessories (including headbands)
  • Gym gloves, cosmetics, and hygiene products
  • Water bottles (if opened or used)
  • Stickers, notebooks, and digital gift cards
  • Any items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or clearance on our store

How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your customer account on our website to request a return.
  2. Once approved, you must mail the items back to us. Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping and paying all return postal fees. We do not provide free return labels.
  3. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue store credit for return packages that get lost in the mail.

Processing Your Credit
Once your package arrives at our facility and passes inspection, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Your store credit code will be sent automatically to the email address used for the original order.

Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf we accidentally sent you the wrong item, or if your gear arrived defective/damaged, please email us immediately at f.yallskinnyhoes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will sort it out and get you fixed up at zero extra cost to you!
